Domestic

Shopshade.com ships via USPS and provides tracking for each order. Please allow up to 3 business days for your oder to be processed and shipped. Typical delivery time is 1-5 business days. Shopshade.com is not responsible for any lost or stolen orders. Domestic orders with a total of $300 or more will receive free shipping!

 

International Shipping:

Shopshade.com ships internationally via USPS which has a 5-10 business day delivery time once the order has been shipped.  If you wish to add tracking to your order, you will be able to add that option to your order at checkout. Please email Shop@shopshade.com to inquire about international shipping, we will send you a custom shipping form to fill out. 

Shopshade.com is not responsible for any customs fees that may be applied to international orders.


RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Replacement Policy

In the unfortunate event that your ShopShade sunnies do break, we allow a one time replacement for 50% off retail pricing. Sunnies that qualify for our replacement policy include, but are not limited to, those that are broken due to being smashed, dropped, or sat on. ShopShade reserves the right to determine what qualifies under this policy. 

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase of ShopShade sunnies you may return or exchange your order within 5 days of receiving them. All returns or exchanges must have original packaging and cannot have any physical damage to the frames or lenses. ShopShade will not be held responsible for the payment of return shipping or any lost packages due to return shipping. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their order qualifies for a return or exchange. Any sunglasses returned that do not qualify will be sent back to the customer and no refund will be issued.
